Hey guys, I’m Nico — a professional ski instructor ready to welcome you to Gausta, one of Norway’s most magical winter destinations.

After 16 years of international seasons across Italy, France, and around the world, my love for the mountains and coaching has only grown. For me, skiing isn’t just about technique — it’s about sharing a way of living, building confidence, and experiencing pure joy on the slopes.

This winter, I am excited to bring my experience to the local ski school in Gausta. Whether you are stepping onto the snow for the very first time or looking to carve down the mountain, my goal is to make your time on the snow safe, rewarding, and unforgettable.

My motto is, and always will be: “Learn Easy, Ski Fun!”

⛷️ New season, new chapter: my 16th ski season starts in Norway!

After fantastic years teaching across the globe—from the Dolomites in Italy, to Argentina and Australia, to the world’s biggest ski resort, Les Trois Vallées in France—I felt it was time for a completely new chapter and I decided to follow a strong “sixth sense” and let myself be inspired by the Scandinavian outdoor lifestyle.
This winter, my destination will be Gausta, just two and a half hours from Oslo.

I have always been deeply inspired by the Scandinavian lifestyle, its profound connection to pristine nature, and the authentic Norwegian culture of friluftsliv (outdoor living). Gausta represents the perfect blend of everything I love: a beautiful environment, great skiing, and a community that lives and breathes the outdoors.

For this Winter Season 2026/27, I will be collaborating with the local ski school, bringing 16 years of international experience with me while keeping the exact same philosophy as always: “Learn Easy, Ski Fun!”

So, if you are planning a ski trip to the Norwegian snow this winter, I look forward to welcoming you to Gausta, right at the foot of the majestic and iconic Mount Gaustatoppen!
